We’re high-spend, low-volume, and we say no to a lot. Not because we’re snobby, but because the model only works if every escort on the roster fits the brief. Here’s the brief.

The pattern across our roster: presence, chemistry, presentation. The actual work in any given booking is rarely the hard part, the hard part is being the kind of person a senior professional wants to spend two hours with.
Who fits.
- Models, dancers, fitness professionals, the bar is camera-ready presence year-round
- Students or professionals with day jobs they’d recognise, the doctors, lawyers, executives we book with
- Industry returners who took a break and want to come back at a higher tier
- Independents who want better bookings and screening without giving up their own roster
- People who read the room, our clients are paying for someone who can hold a conversation as much as a body
Where we’re not the right fit.
We say no to roughly 10x more applications than we accept. Most of those nos aren’t about looks or experience, they’re about model fit. If any of these describe what you’re looking for, we’re probably not the agency for you.
- Maximum daily bookings. We keep volume low so spend stays high. If you want 5 bookings a day, you’ll earn more elsewhere.
- Public profiles with full face / surname / suburb. Not how we operate, not what our clients pay for.
- Cards-and-Stripe payouts. We run cash same-day. That’s the model.
- Anonymous, unscreened clients. Every booking is verified, no exceptions. If that feels slow, we’re not the right fit.
How we match escort to booking.
We don’t auto-assign bookings based on availability alone. Every booking has a brief from the client, vibe, conversation level, dress code, length, plans for the evening, and we match the right escort on the roster to that brief. The escort can decline; the client doesn’t see the alternative options. This means you take fewer bookings, but each one is genuinely a fit.

Do I have to look like a model?
No. We have escorts on the roster across heights, body types, ages, and styles. What’s universal is presentation and presence, you take care with how you show up. The look you bring is the look we book to.
I’m new to this. Can I still apply?
Yes. About 30% of the people we onboard each year are first-time escorts. /for-new-escorts/ covers what we do for new starters specifically.
Do you only work with women?
Currently yes. We may expand the roster in 2027 once the operational systems can support it cleanly.
How fast do you reply to applications?
Within hours during business days, within a day on weekends. Apply by text and we’ll reply.
