How the mentorship works.
Every brand-new escort we onboard is paired with an experienced lady on our roster. Not a coach, not a trainer, an actual working escort who’s been exactly where you’re standing. She’s available before, during and after your early bookings. She’ll tour with you on your first interstate run if you want her to. You learn the work by watching someone good do it.
The mentorship isn’t a course you graduate from. It’s a working friendship structured to last as long as you need it, and to fall away naturally when you’re comfortable on your own.
What you get with a mentor.
- Pre-booking walkthrough. Rates, presentation, screening, what to actually do in the first 15 minutes of a booking. Not theory, what she does herself.
- Hands-on first-booking support. Your mentor is reachable in real time during your first 5 to 10 bookings. Text her on the way in, text her on the way out.
- Travel-together option. If your first tour scares you, your mentor can fly out with you and share an apartment for the trip. Two ladies, one base, less pressure. It’s how she did it.
- Debrief after every booking. Especially in the first month. What went well, what to adjust, what to never do again.
- Direct access. By text and call, not through the agency. She’s your person, not a layer of staff.
- Photo set + presentation feedback. She’ll look at your photos before they go live and tell you what she’d change. Most new escorts photograph themselves wrong; a mentor catches it before it costs you bookings.
Who your mentor would be.
- Three or more years working as an escort. Mentors aren’t recent hires. They’ve worked through their own first booking, first tour, first hard client.
- At least twelve months with VIP Escorts. Long enough that they know how we operate, our screening, our protocols, our blacklist.
- Hand-picked, not self-nominated. Being good at the work isn’t the same as being good at supporting another woman doing the work. We invite specific ladies into the mentor pool based on temperament, not seniority.
- Compatible with you. We ask both of you about schedule, personality, working style, and the parts of the work you’re most nervous about. We pair on fit, not on whoever’s free.
What you do together.
- Days 1–7. Walk-through with your mentor. Photo set, screening setup, presentation, rates discussion. No bookings yet unless you’re ready.
- Days 7–30. First three to five bookings. Mentor on standby for every one. Daily debrief by text or call.
- Days 30–60. You’re running your own bookings, mentor is stepping back but reachable for anything weird. Weekly check-in instead of daily.
- Days 60–90. You’re solo. Mentor becomes the friend you text when something needs a second opinion, less frequent but still there.
This is a sample, not a contract. Some new escorts move faster, some slower. The mentorship lasts as long as you want it, and we re-pair if the fit isn’t right.
How the money side works.
The arrangement is structured so your mentor is rewarded for helping you succeed, without any incentive to push you harder than you want to go. Your mentor takes a flat fee per booking you complete, plus a small share, so she celebrates your wins but isn’t betting on your volume. Your cut stays higher than it would at any brothel even after the mentor share.
The specifics depend on your starting point, the mentor you’re paired with, and how long the mentorship runs. We walk through the actual numbers over text once we understand what you want. No fixed-price menu, every arrangement is calibrated.

What if I don’t want a mentor?
Then we onboard you the standard way, the structure laid out on /for-new-escorts/ still applies. The mentorship is offered to every new starter; saying no costs nothing.
Will my mentor have access to my clients or my schedule?
No. She knows when you’re on a booking because you tell her, not because she has access to anything. Your schedule, your client list and your photos stay yours. The mentor sees nothing the agency doesn’t share with her, and we don’t share your details.
Can I tour solo after my mentor handover?
Yes. Most ladies tour with a mentor for the first interstate trip, then run their own tours from the second. We arrange the logistics either way.
Does the mentor take a cut forever?
No. The arrangement tapers and ends, the exact timing depends on you and your mentor. Once the mentorship completes, she’s the friend you text when something weird happens, no cut, no obligation.
How are pairings decided?
When you apply by text, tell us a bit about yourself, where you’re based, when you’re available, what worries you most about starting. We pick a mentor who fits on schedule, personality and work style, and introduce you by text. You meet over a coffee or a video call before any commitment. If the fit isn’t right, we re-pair, no friction.
Is the mentor a real working escort or an agency staff member?
A working escort. Every mentor on the program is an active lady on our roster. Agency staff handle bookings, screening and logistics, but the mentor relationship is between two working women.
