For Workers · New Zealand → Australia

Working in Australia, from New Zealand.

A NZ-to-AU recruitment offer. We’ve had two ladies fly in from New Zealand recently and both have done some of the strongest weeks on the roster. We want more of that profile. Hotel covered up to $200 a night, advertising covered, bookings managed end to end. You fly over, you work, you fly home with cash.

Why NZ → AU works.

The trans-Tasman flight is short (about 3 hours from Auckland to Brisbane, less from Wellington and Christchurch with a stop), the visa situation is the simplest in the world for NZ citizens (Subclass 444 Special Category Visa issued on arrival, no application, no fee, no quota), and the Australian escort market is significantly larger and higher-spending than the NZ one. The maths works out for almost every working NZ escort who has thought about it seriously.

Sex work is fully decriminalised in Queensland under the Criminal Code (Decriminalising Sex Work) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024, in force from 2 August 2024. You work as a contractor under standard Australian workplace law, the same as any other industry. No licensing, no zoning grey areas, no police friction for compliant operators. Brisbane and the Gold Coast are the two markets we run; you can do both inside a single trip if you want, they’re an hour apart by road.

Kiwi escort jobs, without the guesswork.

Two of our strongest weeks on the roster this year have been Kiwi ladies on their first or second trip over. The work-style fit is obvious in hindsight: NZ escorts arrive with strong booking-management instincts, they’re used to handling their own admin, and Australian clients respond to the warmth and low-key confidence that’s common in the work culture there.

What we run for you, in short: the inbound logistics (hotel, ground transport, advertising, screening), a steady booking calendar from the first morning, and same-day cash at the end of every session. What you bring: yourself, your photo set, and the flexibility on dates that lets us put the trip together in the next 2 to 4 weeks.

For background on the market shape, see our pages on Brisbane and the Gold Coast. For how the agency-arranged trip compares to running solo from NZ, see our brothel vs agency vs independent piece.

What we cover.

  • Hotel costs up to $200 AUD a night. We book and pay direct; anything above the cap is on you. The cap covers a clean, well-located 4-star room in Brisbane CBD or Surfers Paradise (we’ve got hotel relationships there). If you want to upgrade to a 5-star CBD hotel for the trip, the difference comes out of your earnings.
  • Directory advertising, in full. Scarlet Blue, Naughty Ads, our own site listing, any city-specific platforms that make sense for the trip. You don’t pay for any of it.
  • Bookings management. Every booking screened, scheduled, and confirmed by the agency. Your phone doesn’t ring; ours does. You see the schedule each morning and confirm what you’re comfortable with.
  • Ground transport for outcalls. Rideshare credit or taxi cover for the bookings we send you. You don’t pay to get to your own bookings.
  • Local SIM if you want one. Optional, useful if you don’t want to roam on your NZ number for the trip.
What’s on you

What you cover.

  • Flights. We don’t cover these for first-trip workers. After a successful first trip and a return commitment, we’ll discuss flight cover as part of the longer-term arrangement.
  • Hotel above the $200/night cap. If you want a specific hotel that costs more, the difference is yours.
  • Your own incidentals. Food, drinks, personal shopping, anything off-trip. You’re an adult.
  • Your own ABN and tax compliance. Australian tax law applies to income earned in Australia regardless of residency. As an NZ resident working in AU short-term, you’ll typically file as a non-resident contractor. We can refer you to an accountant familiar with trans-Tasman sole-trader work; this isn’t tax advice for your situation.

The earnings picture.

Without quoting specific per-lady numbers (those are confirmed over text once we understand your rate, your photo set and the dates), the directional maths is:

  • Brisbane base rates are higher per-hour than Auckland or Wellington base rates by a meaningful margin
  • The agency covers the overhead that eats your margin running solo (advertising, hotel, screening, bookings management)
  • The agency split applies to bookings we generate; the bookings you bring (existing AU regulars from past trips, friends-of-friends) stay at your full rate
  • NZD-to-AUD exchange currently sits around 1 AUD = 1.10 NZD; you’re earning in the stronger currency

For a more detailed earnings discussion specific to your situation, including the cost of a typical solo Brisbane tour run from NZ vs an agency-arranged one, see our brothel vs agency vs independent piece. Then text us with your last NZ tour’s actual numbers and we’ll run the agency-equivalent maths over text.

FAQ.

Can New Zealanders work as escorts in Australia?

Yes. We currently have NZ-based escorts on the roster who fly in for tour stints, and two of them landed some of our top earning weeks this year. For your specific visa, work-rights and tax situation, get a quick check from an Australian migration lawyer and an accountant familiar with trans-Tasman sole-trader work, we’re not in a position to give individual legal advice. What we can do: handle the logistics, the bookings, the hotel and the photo set so the trip runs end to end without admin overhead on your side.

Do I need a visa to work in Australia?

NZ citizens get the Subclass 444 Special Category Visa automatically on arrival, no application, no fee. It permits work. Non-NZ-citizen NZ residents need to check their own visa pathway; we can help work out the right one for your situation if you text us.

Which city should I fly into, Brisbane or Gold Coast?

Brisbane (BNE) for most first trips. It’s the larger market, the weekday booking flow is stronger, and the hotel selection within the $200/night cap is better. We’ll arrange Gold Coast outcalls (Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach) as part of the same trip if you want; the Coast is an hour’s drive, and event weekends there often run at 2 to 3x Brisbane weekend density.

What about my photo set, do I need new photos for AU?

Usually no. Your existing NZ photo set is fine for the AU listings we run, with maybe one or two AU-specific additions (a shot we add to the local Scarlet Blue listing). If you want a fresh AU-specific shoot before the trip, our in-house photographer in Brisbane can run a session in the first day or two of your visit; no charge.

How does the screening work for AU clients?

We do all screening. Standard four-point check (name, work or social verification, working phone, deposit for advance and outcall bookings). You receive only screened, confirmed bookings; the agency handles the rest. See our screening checklist for the broader framework.

How do I get paid?

Cash at the end of every booking, same as our local ladies. No bank transfers, no card processors, no waiting periods. You leave each booking with cash in hand. At the end of the trip you fly home with what you’ve earned.

What if the trip doesn’t work out?

No contract, no exit fees, no pressure. If you decide mid-trip that AU isn’t for you, we settle the hotel for the nights to date, you fly home, no hard feelings. We’d rather a clean stop than a forced continue.

Is the mentorship program available for NZ workers?

Yes. Every brand-new escort we onboard is paired with an experienced lady on the roster, and that extends to NZ workers on their first AU trip. See the mentorship program for the full structure.
