For Workers · Joining VIP Escorts

Everything you’d ask us by text, answered.

If you’re considering working with us, you probably have 20 questions. Most of the women we talk to do. This page covers the lot, honestly. Read through, then text us the ones still standing.

We’re VIP Escorts, a small, exclusive escort agency based in Brisbane, working across Queensland and the rest of Australia. We’re selective about who we work with, and we expect the same from the women we work with. This page is for the conversations that usually happen by text: who we are, what we actually do for you, the money, the safety setup, the boundaries, and the next step if it feels right.

If a question isn’t answered here, text us. We’ll reply within hours during business days, and a day at most on weekends.

About the agency.

Who runs VIP Escorts?

A small team based in Brisbane. We’re an established, registered Australian business, not a directory and not a brothel. We’re selective by design: we’d rather have a small roster of women earning well than a large roster fighting for the same bookings.

Is escorting legal in Queensland?

Yes. Sex work was fully decriminalised in Queensland on 2 August 2024. Solo, agency, and brothel work all fall under the same workplace laws as any other industry. You can work confidently with no licensing requirements, no zoning grey areas, and the protections of standard workplace law.

How long have you been operating?

Several years, with the current ownership running since the Queensland decriminalisation reform. We’re known in the industry for being thorough on client screening and slow to take on new escorts, we’d rather take time to find the right fit than rush.

What makes you different from other agencies?

High spend per client, low volume of clients, and a small roster. The maths is simple: fewer women splitting a higher-spending client pool means more per booking for each escort. We also handle the work that distracts you, advertising, screening, hotel arrangements, transport. You focus on the booking.

Earnings & payment.

How much do I take home per booking?

Standard 50/50 agency split, paid in cash at the end of every booking. No bank transfers, no card processors, no waiting periods, no draws or advances. The cash is in your hand before you leave the client.

Are there any joining fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs?

No joining fees. No monthly fees. No advertising fees. No platform fees. The 50/50 split covers everything we do for you, marketing, screening, bookings, support. If something would cost you money, we’ll tell you upfront before it happens.

What about tips and extras?

100% yours. We don’t take a cut of tips, gifts, or any extras a client offers you directly. Whatever the client gives you on top of the booking fee is your money.

Can I set my own rates?

Yes, within the agency tier. We have three published tiers (GFE / PSE / VIP Ultimate) and you choose which you offer. Couples and overnights carry premium rates. We’ll talk through where you fit during onboarding and adjust as your demand grows.

How much can I realistically earn per week?

Depends on your rate, availability, and city. Honest range across our roster: $2k–$6k per week typical, $10k+ per week for our top earners with full availability. The maths page at /earnings-and-payment/ walks through specific scenarios.

Do I have to commit to minimum hours or shifts?

No. You set your availability. Some of our escorts work 30+ hours a week, others do one booking a fortnight. We don’t penalise low availability, we just won’t feature you in the premium slots until you’re available enough to take them.

Independence & control.

Do I have to be exclusive with you?

No. About 40% of our independent-tier roster also runs work with at least one other agency or solo. We don’t require or want exclusivity. /for-independent-escorts/ covers the hybrid setup.

Can I keep my own clients and regulars?

Yes. Your existing regulars are yours. We don’t claim them, don’t charge you for them, don’t track them. Clients we introduce to you become VIP bookings (50/50 split), clients you bring with you stay yours.

Can I keep my OnlyFans / Twitter / other profiles?

Yes. We have no problem with parallel online work, and a lot of our escorts run OnlyFans as a separate income stream. If you want help with branding or photo content for those platforms, we can support that too.

Is there a contract? Can I leave anytime?

No contract. You can stop taking bookings whenever you want, no notice required, no penalty. We’re a working relationship, not a binding one. The day you say "I’m done", you’re done.

Do I have to live in Brisbane?

No. We arrange travel and FIFO trips for escorts based interstate or overseas, flights, hotel, and ground transport are all covered. Many of our roster split their time between Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and an interstate city.

Can I decline bookings I don’t want?

Yes, every time. You see the booking details before you confirm: client, time, location, services requested, length, rate. If something feels off, you say no. We won’t pressure you. We won’t keep sending the same booking to you either, if it’s not for you, it goes to the next available escort.

Photos & marketing.

Do I need new photos, or can I use my existing ones?

Either. If you have a strong existing set, we’ll use those. If you want a new shoot, we arrange and pay for it, professional photographer, hair and makeup, hotel location. Most of our escorts do both: bring existing photos to start, then a professional shoot once you’re working steady (usually around the 2–4 week mark).

Who pays for the photo shoot?

We do. No catch, no recoupment, no contract obligation. The shoot is part of how we attract clients to your profile, so it’s on us.

Can my face be blurred?

Yes, face blur is the default unless you tell us otherwise. Some escorts prefer to show their face for the conversion uplift, but it’s entirely your call. You can change your mind at any time and we’ll re-render every photo within the hour.

Where will my profile appear?

On our agency site (/our-escorts/) and across the third-party directories we advertise on. We show you every place your profile appears before it goes live, nothing is published behind your back.

Can I use a stage name?

Yes. Almost every escort on our roster works under a chosen stage name. Pick whatever feels right, if you’re not sure, we have suggestions.

What if I want to remove my profile or specific photos?

Take down your profile any time, no notice required. Want a specific photo removed? It’s gone within the hour, including from the third-party sites we advertise on. No questions asked.

Bookings & client screening.

How do you screen clients?

Every client provides verifiable identification before we confirm a booking: phone number, full name, often workplace or LinkedIn. We cross-check against our internal blacklist and several industry shared blacklists. First-time clients pay a deposit before the booking is confirmed. Repeat clients are recorded against their verified ID. Anyone who can’t pass screening doesn’t get a booking.

How do I get bookings?

By text, from us, with the full client details and a check-in protocol attached. You confirm with a yes/no reply. If you confirm, we send you the client’s contact details and any specific notes. The booking is on your phone, in writing, end-to-end.

What do you actually do for each booking?

We advertise so the booking comes in; we screen the client; we negotiate the booking details so you don’t have to; we book and pay for the hotel if it’s incall; we arrange transport if you need it; we check in with you before, during, and after; and we pay you in cash at the end. You walk in, do the booking, walk out.

Can I see who the client is before I confirm?

Yes. You see the client’s first name, age range, occupation summary (e.g. "senior tradie from Mackay, FIFO regular"), and any history (regulars vs first-timers). Their full contact details land with you once the booking is confirmed.

What happens if a booking goes wrong?

You leave. No conversation needed, no client to manage, no questions asked. The safe-word protocol lets you signal trouble over text without the client knowing. We pay your time anyway, we cover transport home, and we deal with the client.

Safety.

What if I feel unsafe during a booking?

Leave immediately. The safe-word protocol lets you signal over text without alarming the client. The backup phone runs 24/7, you call, we respond. We’ll cover transport home, deal with the client, and pay your booked time regardless.

Do you have a check-in system?

Yes. Before every booking, you set a check-in window. We message you partway through; you reply with a code word. If you don’t reply, we call. If you still don’t reply, we escalate, calls to the client, calls to the hotel, calls to local police if needed. It’s automated, runs in the background, and you don’t have to manage it.

What about the locations, my place or theirs?

Your choice. Most bookings are at hotels we arrange (incall) or at the client’s hotel (outcall). We don’t require you to use your home address, many of our escorts never do incall at their personal residence. If you have a private incall space, you can offer it; if not, we cover hotel costs.

What screening have you done on the client before I meet them?

Verified phone number, verified ID, deposit paid, cross-checked against our blacklist + shared industry blacklists, history with us (if any) reviewed. First-time clients also have a verification call with us before the booking is confirmed.

If something happens, do I have to deal with police, courts, etc.?

No. We handle agency-side problems through our internal protocols. If a serious incident occurred, you decide whether to involve police, we’ll support whichever direction you choose. Decriminalisation in QLD means going to police is now a safe option for sex workers without legal risk to yourself.

Privacy.

Will my real name be visible anywhere?

No. Your stage name is on your profile, on advertising, on every booking confirmation we send the client. Your real name is only on our internal records, required for paying you and for emergency contact. Clients never see it.

Can my family or current employer find out I work with you?

Almost impossible if you stick to the protocols: stage name only, face-blurred photos, no socials cross-tagged, careful with suburb-identifying details in your profile. We’ve had escorts work with us for years while their families and day-job employers had no idea. You decide how visible you are.

What information do you keep about me?

The minimum to book and pay you: stage name, contact number, photo set, payment method, availability windows. We don’t store ID copies after verification, we don’t share your details with anyone, and you can ask for everything we hold to be deleted at any time.

What if a client tries to find me on social media?

If your protocols are right, they can’t. Stage name + face-blurred photos + no suburb specifics means there’s nothing to search on. If a client does cross a line (stalking, harassment, trying to find your real identity), we blacklist them, share the report with industry contacts, and support any legal action you choose to take.

Services & limits.

Do I have to offer specific services?

No. You set your own service list. We never push you to offer something you’re not comfortable with, that’s the fastest path to a bad booking. You publish what you offer, clients book within that, full stop.

Can I decline anal, threesomes, BDSM, etc.?

Yes. Your service list is yours. We never accept a booking for a service you don’t offer, and if a client tries to negotiate during the booking, you can say no and leave with the full fee paid.

What if a client asks for something I don’t offer mid-booking?

"That’s not part of the booking" is the script. If they push, leave. We back you 100%, the fee is paid, the client is warned, and if they don’t accept, they’re blacklisted.

Do I have to do couples bookings?

No. Couples bookings are opt-in. We have a separate "Couples available" flag on each profile, turn it on if you want them, leave it off if not.

Logistics & getting around.

Do you arrange transport for outcalls?

Yes, when you need it. For longer outcalls or late-night bookings, we’ll send an Uber or arrange a regular driver. You don’t pay for it.

Do you book and pay for hotels?

Yes. For incall bookings we run, we book the hotel in our name and pay for the room. For outcalls to a client’s hotel, the client covers it. You never need a credit card on file at any hotel.

What happens with no-shows and cancellations?

For confirmed bookings cancelled by the client inside 24 hours, you get paid (50% of the booking) for your time. For no-shows, full booking fee is paid. The deposit covers it.

FIFO & travel bookings, how do those work?

A client pays for your flights, hotel, ground transport, and meals on top of the booking fee. You leave with the booking fee (cash, end of trip) plus expenses already covered. We handle the logistics; you handle the booking.

Getting started.

What does the onboarding actually look like?

Step 1: text us. Step 2: we have a private chat (text or call, your choice) to check basics, your stats, availability, what you’re looking for. Step 3: photo set (yours or ours), profile drafted, you approve. Step 4: profile goes live, first booking arrives. Most escorts go from first text to first booking in under two weeks.

What documents do you need from me?

A photo of your government-issued ID (we verify you’re 18+ and that the photo matches), and a bank or PayID for any non-cash payment (rare; almost everything is cash). We don’t keep the ID after verification.

Can I trial it before committing?

Yes, there’s no formal commitment to trial in the first place. Do one booking, see how it feels. If it’s not for you, walk away. If it is, take the next booking. No contract, no exit fees, no penalty.

Am I an employee or a contractor?

Independent contractor. You set your hours, your services, your rates within tier, and you’re responsible for your own tax. We give you a per-booking record so end-of-year tax is straightforward.

Do I need an ABN?

Not strictly, you can declare sex work income on your personal return. Some of our escorts run an ABN for separation; some don’t. We can recommend an accountant who works with sex-industry contractors if you want one.

When can I start?

As fast as a week if you’re ready, as slow as a month if you want more onboarding time. We don’t book you until you say so. Move at your pace.

Ready to text us?

If you’ve read this far, you’re probably a fit.

The next step is a private text exchange. No commitment, no pressure, no booking until you say so.
