The questions you’re actually going to ask.
Everything that comes up by text on day one, answered honestly. Application, earnings, safety, screening, hours, privacy, tax. If your question isn’t here, text us and we’ll answer it in minutes.
Getting started.
How do I apply?
Send a text to 0466 308 824. Tell us your name, age, city, and rough availability. We reply within hours during business days, within a day on weekends.
Do I need experience?
No. About 30% of the people we onboard each year are first-time escorts. /for-new-escorts/ covers exactly how the first week works.
How fast can I start working?
As fast as a week if you’re ready, or as slow as a month if you want more onboarding. We don’t book you until you say so. Move at your pace.
Can I apply if I’m already at another agency?
Yes. About 40% of our independent-tier roster runs work with at least one other agency. We don’t require or want exclusivity. /for-independent-escorts/ covers the hybrid setup.
Earnings.
What do I earn per booking?
Rates are set per booking and depend on the service, length, and city. Standard agency split applies. The honest range across our new-starter cohort is $5-25k per month before tax depending on rate, availability, and city. Live maths is on /earnings-and-payment/.
How do I get paid?
Cash, same day, at the end of every booking. No bank transfers, no waiting, no card processors, no draws, no advances. Your earnings are in your hand before you leave the booking.
Do you cover hotel or travel costs?
For FIFO trips (interstate or to another city for the weekend): yes. Flights, hotel, ground transport, all on us. For local bookings more than 20 minutes from your base: we arrange transport. You never get into an unknown car alone.
Do I need an ABN? How does tax work?
Sex work is taxable income in Australia. We don’t withhold tax , you handle your own. We strongly recommend you talk to an accountant who has done escort returns before, the deductions (work clothes, travel, equipment, room) are non-obvious and add up.
Do escorts pay tax in Australia?
Yes. Sex work income is taxable in Australia the same way any other contractor income is. Most escorts working with an agency or solo register an ABN, log income, and file an annual tax return as a sole trader. We don’t withhold PAYG and we don’t issue a group certificate. What changes from a normal sole-trader return is the deduction set: work clothing, photo shoots, advertising, professional grooming, room hire, travel between bookings, and a portion of phone and home costs are all typically claimable. Get an accountant who has done escort returns before, the non-obvious deductions add up and a generalist will miss most of them.
Safety & privacy.
How does client screening work?
Every booking goes through multi-step vetting before you hear about it: ID verification, employer or business cross-reference, references from other vetted agencies, shared blacklist check, and a deposit. Anyone we can’t verify doesn’t get a booking, full stop.
What if I feel unsafe at a booking?
You leave. No conversation needed, no client to manage, no questions asked. Use the safe word over text or call the 24/7 backup line. We pay your time anyway, cover transport home, and deal with the client. Full protocols on /safety-and-privacy/.
Can I refuse a booking?
Always. Any booking, any client, any reason. No questions, no penalty, no impact on your future bookings.
How is my identity protected?
First-name only on every listing. Face-blurred photos by default. Clients never get your real name, your phone, your email, your suburb, or your hotel room number. Bookings and follow-ups route through the agency phone. /safety-and-privacy/ has the full briefing.
Can my partner or family find out?
Almost impossible if you stick to the protocols: work name only, face-blurred photos, no socials cross-tagged, careful about suburb-identifying details. We’ve had escorts work with us for years while their families and employers had no idea.
Hours, availability & bookings.
What hours and days do you book?
Brisbane and Gold Coast: seven days a week with peaks on weekends and during major events. Other cities: trip-based (FIFO), usually 2 to 7 days at a time. You set your availability windows, we book within them.
Can I work casually or part-time?
Yes. Tell us your availability and we’ll only book you in those windows. Some of our roster works 2 days a month, some works 5 days a week. We don’t require a minimum.
What if I’m sick or need to cancel?
Message us as early as possible. No penalty. We re-book the client with someone else from the roster, or reschedule. Cancelling at the last minute happens occasionally and isn’t a problem the first few times; if it becomes a pattern we’ll have a conversation about whether the work is the right fit.
Can I take a break or leave entirely?
Yes. Just tell us. No contract, no notice period, no exit fee. We pause your availability and you can come back any time, or not at all. No friction either way.
Working with us.
Can I refer friends?
Yes, and we pay $500 cash per successful referral. Full details on /refer-a-friend/.
What if I don’t like the work after the first booking?
You leave. No notice, no exit fee, no friction. We’d rather know early than have you push through bookings that aren’t right for you. About 1 in 8 new starters decide within the first month it’s not for them, and that’s entirely fine.
Will agency clients try to book me independently after?
Rarely, and we make clear in screening that the booking is via the agency. Clients trying to go around the agency get blacklisted. If anyone tries it on with you, just tell us.
My question isn’t here. What do I do?
Text us. 0466 308 824. We answer within hours and we don’t do scripts , whatever you’re wondering, just ask.
Got a question we didn’t answer?
Send us a text. We reply within hours. No forms, no interviews, just a conversation.
