- Hotels, transport, FIFO logistics. All on us for travel bookings we arrange. Skip this entirely if you have your own setup (your apartment, your travel agency, your accom).
- Photography, listings, marketing refresh. In-house photographer, listings across the major Australian platforms, only if you want it. Most of our independent-tier roster keeps their existing photo sets and listings.
- The shared blacklist. We cross-reference your existing clients against it on request.
How the money works.
An agency split applies on bookings we generate. You keep your full rate on bookings you generate. We don’t take a cut of your independent work, ever. Same-day cash payout from the booking, no waiting, no Stripe fees, no chargebacks. We invoice you for nothing, the model is bookings or no bookings.
The exact split depends on the modules you opt into and the rates you set. We work through the numbers with you over text. No fixed-price menu, no public rate card, every arrangement is calibrated to what you’re actually using.

If you’re running tours alone, the maths is closer to worth handing over than most independents realise. A solo interstate tour stacks up a fair pile of overhead before you’ve earned a cent:
- Return flights, $300–$600 depending on route and timing
- Short-stay apartment or hotel, $200–$400 a night for a venue you’d actually receive a booking in
- Scarlet Blue / Naughty Ads / featured listings for the trip, $150–$500
- Additional ad spend, photo refresh, gear, taxis to and from bookings, $200–$400
- Deposit risk on bookings that drop, hours lost to screening that didn’t convert
A typical 10-night tour run alone clears $3–5k of expenses before any earnings. That’s 4 to 6 bookings of overhead recovery before you take home a dollar. With us, the modules you opt into (flights, hotel, listings, screening) come off your stack and we apply an agency split only to the bookings we generate. Your existing tour clients stay yours and you keep your full rate on those.

FAQ
Will agency clients try to book me independently after?
No. We make clear in screening that the booking is via the agency. Clients trying to go around the agency get blacklisted, we’ve seen this happen rarely and always handle it.
Can I work with another agency at the same time?
Yes. About 40% of our independent-tier roster runs work with at least one other agency. We don’t require or want exclusivity.
How does the rate split work for travel bookings?
If you opt into our hotel + flight module we cover flights, hotel, and ground transport entirely; your earnings stay at your nominated rate and an agency split applies to the booking we generated. If you have your own travel setup (your own apartment, your own flights, your own staff-travel discount), opt that module out and the split is calibrated accordingly. The exact numbers we discuss over text once we understand which modules you’re using.
Do you take photos / list me on Scarlet Blue?
Optional. We have an in-house photographer and we can list you across the major Australian platforms, but only if you want it. Most of our independent-tier roster keeps their existing photo sets and listings.
