About 30% of our roster is first-time escorts, and every brand-new starter is paired with an experienced lady on the roster who’s been exactly where you’re standing. The first month with us looks very different from the first month doing this alone.
Pair with a mentor.
- You get paired with an experienced lady on the roster. Not a coach, not a trainer, an actual working escort who’s been where you’re standing. She’s your person before, during and after your early bookings.
- Tour-together option for your first interstate trip. Two ladies, one apartment, less pressure. It’s how she did it.
- Daily debriefs in the first month, weekly after that. What worked, what felt off, what to adjust. Real talk, not a manager checking up on you.
- Structured so your mentor is rewarded for your success, not for pushing you harder. Mentor share = flat fee plus a small percentage, your cut stays higher than any brothel split. Specifics over text once we understand your situation.
- The mentorship tapers and ends. Not a contract, not forever, just real support while you find your feet.
The first week.
Before you take your first booking, we walk through the parts most new escorts have to figure out alone. Your mentor handles most of this walkthrough; the agency staff handle the logistics behind it. We don’t rush, the goal is for you to walk into your first booking actually confident, not prepared in theory.
What we cover before any booking.
- Work name, photo set (face-blurred default), pricing tier, availability windows
- Screening criteria you’re comfortable with, you set the floor, we enforce it
- The check-in / check-out protocol, what you message us, when, and what we do if we don’t hear from you
- The safe word and the backup phone, when to use them and what happens after
- The dress and behaviour brief for each booking type, GFE, PSE, dinner, travel
How we set up your first booking.
- Known regular, not a stranger. Your first booking is someone we’ve booked dozens of times. We don’t put a new escort in front of an unknown client.
- Backup phone hot. The on-call coordinator is on the phone for the entire booking. Use the safe word and we extract you immediately.
- Pay at the end, like every booking. No “earn it back” structure, no draws, no advances. Cash in your hand at check-out.
- Debrief after. We talk through how it went, what felt off, what we adjust for next time.
What the first month looks like.
- Bookings tapered, we don’t oversaturate you in week one. Volume builds as you tell us you’re comfortable with more.
- Calibration check-in after every booking, what worked, what didn’t, what we adjust.
- Earnings discipline, we’ll flag if you’re undercutting yourself. New escorts often quote too low; we don’t let you.
- Photo refresh after the first 4-6 bookings if you want better shots.
- No exclusivity, you can do other agency or independent work alongside ours from day one.
Things we don’t do.
- Charge fees, retainers, “training fees”, or any kind of upfront cost
- Pressure you to take bookings you don’t want
- Lock you in with notice periods, contracts, or non-competes
- Take a cut of your independent work
- Use your photos anywhere without explicit, per-listing consent
FAQ
Is the mentorship optional?
Yes. Every brand-new starter is offered a mentor, saying no costs nothing. Most say yes because the first month is the hardest part, and doing it alongside someone who’s done it makes it much easier. The full structure is on /mentorship-program/.
What does the mentor cut work out to?
A flat fee per booking plus a small share, structured so your mentor is rewarded for helping you succeed without any incentive to push you harder than you want. Your take-home is higher than any brothel split even after the mentor share. The actual numbers depend on your starting point and we discuss them over text once we understand your situation, no fixed-price menu.
I’ve never done this. Will I be ready for the first booking?
Yes, because we don’t book you until you say so. Some new escorts take their first booking in week one; others take three weeks of onboarding first. We move at your pace, and your mentor is on standby for every booking in the first month.
What if the first booking is awkward?
Awkward is normal. The protocol is the same regardless: do the booking, message us at check-out, we debrief. Most “awkward” first bookings turn into regulars.
How much can I expect to earn in the first month?
It depends on your rate and availability. Our new starters typically land in the $8-15k range in their first month before tax. We don’t promise specific numbers, the maths on actual rate cards is on /earnings-and-payment/.
Can I quit if I don’t like it?
Yes. No notice required, no exit fee, no friction. We’d rather know early than have you push through bookings that aren’t right for you.
