Tour Queensland, agency-arranged.
Already working in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Adelaide and curious about Queensland? Fly in, work a set rotation, fly home. Hotels, advertising, screening and the booking flow handled by us. You bring the work; we handle the city.
Why Queensland is worth a tour.
Three reasons, ranked by what we hear from interstate ladies who’ve done it. Queensland fully decriminalised sex work on 2 August 2024, which makes the legal context the cleanest in the country, on par with NSW and now ahead of where Victoria sat for years. Brisbane runs a steady weekday and weekend market with a more concentrated booking corridor (CBD + Fortitude Valley + Newstead) than equivalent areas in Sydney or Melbourne, so your time-per-booking ratio is better. And the Gold Coast adds a sharply weekend-skewed event-driven market on top of Brisbane, an hour’s drive away.
For the city-specific market detail, see Brisbane and Gold Coast. For how this compares to your existing setup, see our brothel vs agency vs independent piece.
Touring escort work, FIFO-style.
FIFO doesn’t just mean Pilbara. Touring escort work in Australia runs on the same logic mining FIFO has used for decades: fly into a market with concentrated demand, work the rotation, fly home with the schedule already out of your phone. The cities differ, the gear is lighter, but the structural fit is the same.
The biggest interstate tour markets right now are Brisbane and the Gold Coast (corporate plus event-driven), then Perth (mining-town high spend, lower volume), Darwin (Defence and FIFO on R&R, seasonal), and Hobart (tourism peaks, MONA, Dark Mofo, cruise weekends). Sydney and Melbourne run heavy local markets but the touring opportunity into them is narrower, they’re hard for a new face to break into without an existing local setup. Brisbane is the easiest first tour for almost anyone east-coast.
If you’ve done mining-town adjacent jobs, FIFO catering, FIFO admin, FIFO health, the touring escort cadence will feel familiar. Two weeks on, one week home, repeat. The reset week matters. We build it into the calendar from the start.
The rotation, by default.
Most of our interstate FIFO arrangements run on a 5-days-on, 2-days-off rotation across stays of 1 to 4 weeks. The structure exists because we’ve learned the hard way that ladies who work 14 nights straight without a day off arrive home wrecked and don’t come back for a second trip. The rotation is built around your second trip, not your first.
- 1-week trip. 5 booking days, 2 rest days. Fly in Sunday, work Mon-Fri, rest Sat-Sun, fly home Sunday night.
- 2-week trip. 10 booking days across two cycles, 4 rest days. Most common shape for first-time interstate FIFO.
- 3-week trip. 15 booking days, 6 rest days. The point where flight cover becomes part of the conversation.
- 4-week / 1-month trip. 20 booking days, 8 rest days. The maximum we book without a return-home break. Past 4 weeks the wear shows.
Rest days are real rest days. We don’t schedule “soft bookings” on them or pressure you to take a same-day request. They’re booked into the trip from the start so the maths works.
The support stack.
- Hotel cover up to $200 AUD a night. Booked direct by us in Brisbane CBD or Surfers Paradise. Anything above the cap is yours.
- Directory advertising, in full. Scarlet Blue, Naughty Ads, our own site, city-specific platforms. We pay; you don’t.
- Bookings management and screening. Every booking screened, scheduled, confirmed. Your phone doesn’t ring on the trip; ours does. You see the schedule each morning.
- Ground transport on outcalls. Rideshare credit or taxi cover for our bookings. Bookings you bring on your own ad presence run on whatever arrangement you already have.
- Flight cover for 3+ week stays. We don’t cover flights for first-trip or short-trip workers, but on stays of 3 weeks or longer (or a return commitment after a successful first trip), flight cover is part of the longer-form deal. Specifics over text.
What’s on you.
- First-trip flights (we cover from trip 3 or for 3+ week stays)
- Hotel above the $200/night cap if you choose to upgrade
- Incidentals, food, drinks, off-trip personal items
- Your existing ABN and tax compliance (interstate income still goes on the same return, same accountant, see our tax piece)
- Your existing regulars and ad presence elsewhere, keep running them, they don’t conflict with the agency arrangement here
What the booking days actually look like.
Across our active interstate FIFO ladies, a typical booking day in Brisbane runs 1 to 3 bookings, often 2. Most are 1-hour or 90-minute slots; longer-form bookings (dinner companion, overnight) are arranged 3 to 5 days ahead when the schedule allows.
Brisbane bookings cluster around the CBD hotel corridor (Treasury, W, Sofitel, Marriott) for incalls, and inner suburbs (Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Teneriffe, New Farm, South Bank) for outcalls. Gold Coast bookings cluster around Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach hotels. The full set of suburbs we cover is on the Brisbane page and the Gold Coast page.
For the screening process the agency runs on your behalf so you don’t have to, see our screening checklist and the client-side screening explainer.
FAQ.
What’s the best city to tour as an escort in Australia?
For a first tour: Brisbane. The legal context has been the cleanest in the country since the 2 August 2024 decriminalisation, the corporate hotel corridor (CBD, Fortitude Valley, Newstead) is small enough to learn in a week, and the agency runs Brisbane every day so the booking flow is already warm when you land. For repeat tour income: Perth and Darwin, both have high per-booking spend driven by mining and Defence clientele on rotation, supply is comparatively low, trip lengths run 4 to 7 days and often back to back. For event-driven tours: the Gold Coast (Supercars, Magic Millions, NRL and AFL finals weekends, school holidays) and Hobart (Dark Mofo, Taste of Tasmania, cruise weekends) outperform normal volume by 2 to 3 times in peak windows. What we don’t recommend as a first tour: Sydney and Melbourne, the markets are huge but you need an existing local presence to break in. Both work well as second-or-third-tour destinations once you’ve learned the format.
Can I keep working my existing city while I’m up here?
Yes. Bookings you have in Sydney / Melbourne / Perth / Adelaide can keep running through your own channels; we’re not exclusive. The only practical limit is the calendar; if you’ve committed to a 2-week QLD trip we ask you to keep that window blocked for the trip.
What if I want to bring my existing regulars to QLD?
Encouraged. Bookings you generate (existing regulars who’ll fly up to see you, friends-of-friends, your own ad presence) stay at your full rate, no agency split. We’re only on the split for bookings we generate.
How do you handle the photo set if I already advertise as an escort in Sydney?
We add a separate QLD-specific listing on the platforms that matter (Scarlet Blue regional, our own site). Your existing Sydney listing keeps running unchanged. Most clients on the platforms understand “currently in Brisbane” tour banners; we’ve done this many times.
What about the legal context, is Queensland different from NSW or VIC?
Queensland fully decriminalised sex work on 2 August 2024 under the Criminal Code (Decriminalising Sex Work) and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024. NSW has been decriminalised since 1995, Victoria since December 2023. The practical workplace protections are similar across the three; the cleanest legal context for FIFO arrangements right now is QLD.
Do I need to fly in on a specific day of the week?
Most ladies fly in Sunday and start Monday so the trip lines up with the corporate-travel booking peak (Mon-Thu). Friday arrivals work too if you want to hit the Gold Coast event weekend window. We adjust to your flight preferences; tell us when you’re free and we’ll schedule around it.
Same-day bookings, or all advance?
Mixed. Most QLD bookings are same-day or 24-hour-advance; the schedule firms up day by day. For longer-form bookings (dinner, overnight, weekend), 3 to 7 days advance is preferred so we can schedule around them.
Can I do back-to-back trips?
Yes, after the first one. The most common cadence among repeat FIFO ladies on our roster is 2 weeks on, 1 to 2 weeks home, 2 weeks on, etc. The rotation prevents burnout and keeps the work fresh.
